There are many stages during the Crowdfunding period. Here is our refund policy for Crowdfunding Campaigns:

During the Crowdfunding Campaign. Platforms have not charged you the amount you’ve pledged. You can cancel your pledge anytime during this period and you won’t be charged.

Within the first 2 weeks after the campaign ends. We will refund you 100% of the pledge amount and include charged shipping fees (if applicable).

After 2 weeks and before manufacturing is completed. We will refund you 90% of the pledge amount. The 10% missing from this has been spent on Kickstarter and also any payment processes. This cannot be recovered on our end, so we’ll return what we can to you.

After manufacturing is completed. We can no longer issue refunds during this period. Please keep an eye out for any Kickstarter updates on manufacturing.

If your items cannot be delivered at all. You will receive a 100% refund, including any fees.

Refunds will be made through the Crowdfunding platform, in our case Kickstarter. Refunds will be made in SGD because that’s the currency you used to make your pledge.
